Welcome to the Face to Face Counselling page at Penn Therapeutic Counselling. Here, we provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals seeking one-to-one counselling sessions in person. This is in an confidential setting, and together we can work through what is going on for you. 

My practice is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and deep respect for each client’s individual journey. I draw on both Person-Centered and Psychodynamic approaches to help uncover the unconscious patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that might be holding you back. Together, we’ll make sense of your experiences and explore ways to cultivate resilience, build healthy relationships, and foster a greater sense of self-acceptance.

I believe that we are all inherently “good” and capable of thriving, but sometimes difficult experiences lead us to develop coping mechanisms that disconnect us from who we truly are. My role is to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and discover tools that empower you to handle life’s ups and downs with more clarity and confidence. I use three therapeutic models, I am trained in Person Centered, Transactional Analysis and Gestalt.
