Online Counselling Remotely 

Individual counselling, also known as talking therapy, is offered on a one-to-one basis and can help individuals to improve their mental health and emotional well-being. Offered on a one-to-one basis, individual counselling provides a safe, confidential space for you to freely explore any issues or concerning thoughts, feelings and behaviors that you may have. Online Counselling will be offered online as well as face to face  I will call you on your mobile or landline to book an initial 15 free consultation, to make sure you feel I am the right therapist for you. 

As a Person-Centered Counsellor, I offer a safe, confidential space where you can freely explore your concerns without fear or judgement. My aim is to provide a comfortable environment for you to address your issues and, together, we will work through them. In our first session together, we may take some time to explore any aims and goals for counselling which you may have. It's possible that you may be unsure of what you need support with, and that's okay - I can help you to identify areas which you may need help with.
