About Penn Therapeutic Counselling

Welcome to my counselling practice. I am a qualified counsellor based in Wolverhampton, offering both face-to-face and online sessions to support individuals through life's challenges. I hold my qualification through the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and have experience working with adults in both the charity and private sectors. I provide a safe environment that encourages creative thinking, where my warm and empathetic approach values individuality and diversity, focusing on understanding you as a whole person.

Deciding to reach out to a therapist can feel daunting, but please know that your enquiry will be met with warmth, respect, and understanding. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or any other personal challenges, I am here to guide you toward positive change. You can contact me by phone or email, and we can arrange a time to have an in-depth conversation where you can ask any questions you may have about therapy or my practice. My aim is to empower you with the tools and insights needed to improve your well-being and move forward with confidence.

I am a private tutor, and I deliver a level two counselling qualification. I have trained for my Diploma through Key Counselling in Birmingham. I have also completed CPD's in Mental Health and Wellbeing, Mindfulness, Managing Anxiety and Depression, and imposter syndrome. I am someone who is open, and really cares about supporting clients with what is really going on for you without any judgement.
